My Bestie, Ashley just came out with her own stamp line! I'm sooooo proud of her! AND I get to help her test them out! Here's one of the first projects I've made with her Hertfelt Thoughts Stamps!
My mom asked me for a card to send to a friend whom she hasn't seen in awhile; I thought what could be better than inviting her out to coffee!
The teacup was cut from Once Upon A Princess cart, pattern paper is from K&I Co Friends glitter stack, the rest of the paper is from my stash. I got the instructions/dimensions for the easel card from a tutorial on SplitCoastStampers.com.
Another idea for this card...I'm thinking of making it into a gift card holder- I think it would just be perfect with the "Love you a Latte' stamp!

Happy Blue-Haired Birthday!
My friend is going through a post-college graduation I'll-dye-my-hair-whatever-color-I-want phase, so when it was time to make her a birthday card, I wanted my little critter to have BLUE HAIR!!! This is what I came up with.
I used a Cuddle Bug folder for the background, along with some Craft Warehouse Dollar Bin Pearls as sprinkles.
The cupcake was cut from Once Upon A Princess, and of course I used (my Bestie's) Peachy Keen Faces (Everyday Faces, I believe) for the Beautiful Smile!
Blue Glitter cardstock played heavily, of course, and, well, I'm not sure which set the Happy Birthdy stamp came from- sorry!
Until next time!

My First Blog Award!!!
I've just gotten my first blog award from Ashley over at Ashley's Scrappin Palace (http://myscrappinpalace.blogspot.com/)!
The Liebster Award is designed to bring new blogs to light. This is designed for blogs that have less than 300 followers. It is a great way to share blogs that might not otherwise be seen, or blogs that you may want to share with others. I am here to honor these blogs and to bring awareness to other wonderful blogs.
As a recipient you must share the love and pay it forward by:
1-Creating a post where you blog about the Liebster award & reveal your 3-5 blog picks,
2-Let them know you chose them,
3-Copy & paste the blog award on your blog,
4-Have faith that your followers will rally & show their crafty love back out to those you awarded,
5-Have fun!

Ashley's Anniversary Blog Hop!
It's been one year to the day since my Bestie, Ashley, began her Scrappin Palace! I'm here to help you all celebrate not just that, but the LONG AWAITED arrival of SPRING! All of our projects on this hop are spring-themed, so join the fun!
You should have gotten here from Jessica at Baking up Crafts. If you've just happened by, hop on over to Ashley at Ashley's Scrappin Palace!
I made three different spring cards for you all.
First, Rainy Day- it rains a LOT here in Oregon in the Spring, so that's the first thing I thought of for a project!
On this card, I used the Duck from Create-a-Critter cut at 3" (the galoshes and umbrella are its adorable accessories) along with the phrase from the Duck.
I used glittered cardstock for the "day" overlay on the phrase and then I used my Stardust glitter pen to trace around the letters for an extra little touch!
I picked up the droplet and flower rhinestones from Craft Warehouse awhile ago, and they are some of the best dollar bin scores I've ever had!
Next, we all look forward to SUNNY DAYS!
This Cute little birdy (same cart/size) is sportin' the phrase from the Sun!
I coordinated the papers between the two to generate some cohesion, and I added the red pearls in the center of the daisies to add some dimension!
Lastly, I made this project to really stretch my creativity. I mean...a feather on a card???
I used my one and only Smooch Spritz to color the feather, which I just taped to the card under the punch-out flower, which I popped up on two different sizes of Pop-Dots (so that the flower is tilted).
Well, thanks for hopping along with me!
Next you're in for a real treat with Ruthie from September Ninth!
Here is the complete list of the hop, in case you get lost!

V-day card #3!
I think this is my best project so far...I got the idea for this Joy Fold Card from a tutorial video on SplitCoastStampers.com- I've gotten so much inspiration from them!
I made the card while I was hanging out with Alex and Ruthie during their Popcorn, PJ's and Projects U-Stream- I credit their enthusiasm and laughter with my wonderful results!
I used my Martha Stewart edge punch (I love it so!) on just a little strip of gray textured cardstock, then inked it all over with a silver pigment ink, so that it just kinda sparkles all over! All of the images are stamps from Studio G that I get in the dollar bins at Craft Warehouse; I just cut them out and put them on pop dots. The twine is just cording I picked up in the jewelery section at Michaels. The pink cardstock is a non-textured pearl/metallic paper, and on the inside the white cardstock is textured and pearlized. All of the paper I got from Michaels or JoAnns.
I hope you like it as much as I do!

V-Day Card the Second!
I made this card because I had an idea to do a card with a kitten and I wanted to make my first Easel card, so I whipped this up!
I used Create-a-Critter for the kitten (at 3") and the pillow (which I think I cut at 1 1/2") and the phrase on the front of the card (purrfect), and Plantain Schoolbook for the inside sentiment ("for me"). I glittered up the whiskers and around each of the letters, and over the pillow with my Sakura Stardust pen. For the inside, I used a Cuddlebug edge folder and then cut around it to make it a border that holds the card open!
Easel cards are so fun- I'm gunna be making a lot more of 'em!

Valentines Day Card #1
This is the first Valentine's day card I made this year. I made it for a challenge for Stamp Club at Craft Warehouse, and I love the way it turned out! We were given the Stamp stickers, the Brown card, and the hearts.
I used a twinkle brad to attach the hearts, and a Martha Stewart edge punch for the bottom border, and inked the crap out of everything! Quite satisfied with this!
